Virginia Declares Meeting Rights

In launching its first-ever statewide campaign targeting the meetings and conventions industry, the Virginia Tourism Corporation has announced a Declaration of Meeting Excellence that begins, in full Jeffersonian language and style, “When, in the course of human events, we set forth to meet, we aspire to greatness.”
