Sharon excels at creating approachable environments where teams can collaborate smoothly and effectively. She’s particularly proud of navigating difficult situations and periods of change while keeping projects moving forward, always staying focused on what matters most.

When not building professional relationships, Sharon’s a superfan of her Purdue Boilermakers, coaches at Orangetheory Fitness to help others reach their goals, loves traveling with her best friend, and is proudest of all being mom to sons Logan and Landon.
