Amanda Purnell is a problem-solver at heart. With 20+ years spanning hospitality, sales, systems administration, and public service, she has a rare ability to walk into a complicated situation, ask the right questions, and find a practical path forward.

As a Group Sales Manager, she exceeded her sales goals by 25%+ consistently. At Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay, she helped transition newly acquired Thompson Hotels into Hyatt’s sales systems and trained teams through the process. And during her time with the Maryland Judiciary, she helped develop a statewide scheduling program for senior judges across all 24 Circuit Courts.

At IMN, Amanda brings that same energy to every client relationship. She’s curious, organized, and genuinely invested in making her client’s lives easier.

Outside of work, she starts every day with Dunkin’, spends time near the water whenever possible, and spends time with her husband and four Akitas who make sure the house is never actually quiet. She’s also a devoted fan of suspense novels, true crime, and a good plot twist.
