Barbara A. Myers, CAE, is a nationally recognized association executive, business strategist, and transformational leader who helps purpose-driven organizations navigate change, unlock growth, and build stronger, more engaged communities.
As Chief Executive Officer of IMN Solutions, Barbara leads the company’s vision, strategy, and operations, guiding a multidisciplinary team that partners with associations, nonprofits, corporations, and other mission-driven organizations to deliver association management, strategic consulting, event management, sourcing and contract negotiations, housing and registration, financial management, marketing, sponsorship and exhibit sales, and integrated business solutions.
Since joining IMN in 2014 and becoming CEO in 2017, Barbara has led the company’s evolution from a meetings-focused organization into a comprehensive strategic partner, expanding its capabilities, diversifying its service offerings, and strengthening its position as a trusted advisor to more than 150 organizations. Under her leadership, IMN has become known for helping clients navigate complexity, seize new opportunities, and achieve meaningful, measurable results.

She is recognized for delivering practical, forward-looking perspectives on leadership, organizational transformation, association strategy, innovation, and the evolving role of meetings and events in driving organizational success.
Barbara’s leadership has been recognized throughout her career, including being named IAEE Young Professional of the Year. She has also served in volunteer leadership roles with the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE), the Center for Exhibition Industry Research (CEIR), and Bethune-Cookman University’s Hospitality Management Advisory Board.
