With over twenty years of association and event management experience, Nicole Barella joined IMN Solutions in 2007 and has been building bridges and connecting people ever since. She leads contract negotiations for clients across association, corporate, and nonprofit markets, securing the best possible pricing while limiting exposure and liability.

Nicole built and manages IMN’s Housing Division, providing strategic vision to maximize convention housing production and deliver quality experiences for attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors. Her career began in political campaigns before moving to non-profit leadership development, where she honed her skills in event management and organizational leadership.

A University of Colorado graduate with degrees in economics and international affairs, Nicole believes growth comes from stepping outside your comfort zone. When not negotiating deals, she loves skiing with her kids in her home state of Colorado.
