Ann Mashburn excels at solving the complex puzzles of room blocks and maximizing client concessions as their dedicated hotel advocate. She’s passionate about finding solutions to problems and developing better systems to prevent recurring issues, always focused on making work easier so teams can concentrate on what truly matters.

Ann manages housing for diverse clients including AAM, ACP, NHSA, NSTA, NALP, and NASFAA. She’s particularly proud of securing housing for NSTA again for Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 through careful communication and dedicated effort to rebuild their confidence after previous challenges.

When not solving housing puzzles, Ann loves all music and will likely burst into song if she knows the tune. She could happily eat pasta, rice, or pizza every day.
