Autumn Phelps has a gift for making complex programs run smoothly. She supports her clients education programs by spotting inefficiencies, building better processes, and creating tools that make everyone’s job easier. She has also led accreditation training for staff and developed standardized program management tools used across multiple clients.

What drives her is simple: understanding what makes each organization tick, then helping them do it better.

Outside of work, Autumn is a Chicago Bears and UK Basketball fan, an avid gardener, and a live music lover who is fueled by pistachio lattes.
