Leah Hayes has a rare combination of skills: she’s equally at home with a creative brief and a spreadsheet. She sees patterns others miss, connects the dots between moving pieces, and has a talent for taking complicated information and making it easy to act on.

Her background is rooted in nonprofit and association management, most recently supporting a national association serving professionals in community navigation and human services. Throughout her career, she’s developed new initiatives, strengthened member engagement, and helped organizations build more efficient, effective operations.

What drives her is the work itself, and she enjoys taking an idea, figuring out how to make it real, and seeing it come together in a way that genuinely helps people.

Outside of work, Leah is a book lover, a coffee enthusiast, and a history nerd who happily goes down research rabbit holes. She loves learning about different cultures, a good documentary, and anyone with a sense of humor.
