Raven is an accomplished association and organizational strategy professional with more than 10 years of experience supporting associations, nonprofits, government agencies, and mission-driven organizations. She brings expertise in association management, governance, strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, and operational leadership.

Throughout her career, Raven has led complex organizational initiatives, managed member and affiliate relationships, facilitated committees and cross-functional teams, and developed governance and operating models that translate strategic priorities into measurable action.

She holds a Master of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Management from the University of Baltimore and is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Human and Organizational Learning at The George Washington University.
